Because we have such a diverse customer base, we offer dedicated runs that are local, regional, and intermodal lanes, as well as some no-touch options. Hogan offers excellent team truck driving jobs within both our dedicated and Regional divisions. Team CDL-A truck drivers can earn up to $1.00 CPM split and enjoy great hometime options! With 95% of the freight no-touch, our teams keep moving and get all the miles they can legally drive. Don’t have a teammate? Hogan partners you with the most experienced, reliable drivers out there.

Do you have the desire to train new CDL A drivers? Are you passionate about driver safety and helping your fellow truck driver learn? At Hogan you can earn extra money by becoming a Hogan Driver Trainer! We are looking for full time Driver Trainers. Hogan Trainers involved with entry-level driver training (including new and “limited experience”) will make an additional $230 per week while the driver trainee is working in the truck, PLUS a $100 bonus per month for 3 months following the successful upgrade of a driver trainee.

Eligible veterans can earn up to $1400 per month paid directly to you by the Veterans Administration for up to 12 months. These TAX FREE benefits are in addition to your Hogan earnings. Eligibility is determined by the VA and depends on your years of service.
