For 18 years, Jerrone has been a dedicated and hardworking truck driver at Hogan, setting the standard for safety, professionalism, and communication on the road. His manager describes him as a top-tier driver and trainer who always prioritizes safety and teamwork.

Recently, Jerrone’s quick thinking helped him avoid a potential accident, showcasing his commitment to staying safe and ensuring he makes it home to what matters most—his family. His communication skills and reliability make him an invaluable member of the team, always keeping his manager informed of any issues that arise.

When he’s not behind the wheel, Jerrone enjoys bowling and spending quality time with his family. His favorite place to travel is New York, but his dream destination is Aruba. The best advice he’s ever heard? “You can’t be great without the greatness of others.”

With five years at Hogan, Wendy has consistently set the bar high. Over the last year, she has maintained an outstanding LYTX score of just 3 points and boasts an impeccable safety record:

• 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD)

Her commitment to safety was put to the test recently when she avoided a near-collision with two overturned vehicles on the highway at night. Thanks to her alertness and quick thinking, a potentially disastrous accident was avoided.

Wendy’s excellence doesn’t stop at safety—she’s also a team player who embraces change without hesitation. When policies or procedures are updated, she adapts seamlessly, ensuring smooth operations without complaint. Her dedication to both customer satisfaction and efficiency sets a gold standard for all drivers.

Wendy was recently recognized with an MVP Award during Driver Appreciation Week, but her impact deserves company-wide recognition. Her ability to go above and beyond every day makes her a true asset to Hogan and an inspiration to her fellow drivers.

Beyond the road, Wendy enjoys reading, heavy metal and rock music, scary movies, and traveling. She dreams of visiting Europe or Japan someday, but for now, she’s happy cruising the highways—and maybe scaring a horse or two along the way (ask her about that Kentucky story!).
